1. Who we are, and what this covers
This website at waild.fi (the "Site") is operated by Waild (waild.fi) ("we", "us"). The Site describes Waild MCP, an SEO MCP server that is currently pre-launch: you cannot buy, subscribe to, or use the product itself through this Site yet. These terms govern your use of the Site and its waitlist. When the product launches, separate terms will govern the service, and we will publish them before taking the first payment.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means giving us an email address so we can send you one notification when the product launches. It creates no account, no contract for the future service, no obligation to buy anything, and no promise from us about launch timing, pricing, or features. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@waild.fi; see the privacy policy for how the address is handled.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Site like a normal visitor. Specifically, you agree not to:
- submit email addresses that are not yours, or flood the waitlist endpoint with automated signups;
- probe, overload, or attempt to bypass the Site's security measures (including bot protection);
- scrape the Site at a volume that degrades it for others — reading it, linking to it, and quoting it with attribution are all welcome;
- use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
We may block traffic that violates these rules.
4. Content on this Site
The text, design, and recorded demo transcripts on this Site belong to us or are used with permission. Search metrics shown in demos and docs were real when recorded but change daily — they are illustrations, not promises of the numbers you will see. Nothing on this Site is professional SEO, legal, or financial advice.
5. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the Site evolves; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes before launch will be visible on this page.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions go to hello@waild.fi.
